Shipping fees are set based on the official Sagawa Express rate table and are shown at checkout according to the destination and order contents.
Payment Method and Time
Payment Method: Credit card payment is available. Payment Time: Payment is confirmed when the product order is finalized.
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders for delivery within Japan are shipped from our Xiamen warehouse or Osaka warehouse depending on stock availability. Domestic delivery in Japan is handled by Sagawa Express.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@dorimu.co.jp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the condition of the item. After confirmation, we will exchange the item or issue a refund (a refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable). Return and reshipping costs caused by our error will be borne by us.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours after order confirmation. However, once preparation for shipment or shipment has begun, we may be unable to accept cancellation even within 24 hours.
